Begin at 200th Street East and Avenue G. Head north on 200th Street East 4 miles, then turn right on Avenue C. Take Avenue C east for 4 miles to 240th Street East, then turn left on 240th Street East. Take 240th Street East north approximately 1 mile, then turn right onto Ave B. Proceed east 0.25 miles on Ave B, then turn right on 242nd St East. Proceed south 660 feet on 242nd St East, at which point you will arrive at the northwest property corner. From its northwest corner the property extends approximately 660′ to the south and approximately 660′ to the east. A for sale sign is posted on the property along its road frontage.
